  • CARB NITE (REORIENTATION) - Day Two.

    Breakfast was blood sausage, egg, black coffee.

    I get how going from a typical “healthy” diet to under 30g of carbs could be a shock to the system, but coming from a paleo template it all feels pretty normal at the moment.  For whatever reason I’m scouring the internet for keto-desserts.  Weird.  I was really sad when I saw the carb count on my favourtie date and coconut rolls though.  30g.  Sad face.

  • CARB NITE (REORIENTATION) - Day One.

    3 eggs, smoked salmon, black coffee for breakfast.

    Decided to try The Carb Nite Solution on a whim, figure today was as good as any day to start.

    No idea of starting weight/measurements.  Will post those when I find out.  Have a “before” pic.  Will post that one of these days too.

    I ate celery and red peppers.  They were leftovers that wouldn’t fit in my containers.  Anyway, I chopped all my low carb veggies etc up for the week.  Have Make It Paleo chicken thighs in the oven and a pot of chilli on the stove.

    Awesome.

    Lets see how this thing goes.

    Oh and I didn’t train today because my hip/back is screwed.  Fingers crossed some time on the foam roller tonight will loosen that shit up and I can be back to lifting tomorrow.

    I got so damn hungry I had to eat chorizo and a pickle and some pork rinds.  STARVING.

    Chicken and cauli mash for dinner followed with a cup of tea.  Nom Nom Nom.
